He'll be up soon enough, notice all the coaches besides Pop are retired, and even Pop has been coaching for nearly 20 years.

His resume is already quite impressive through just a few seasons and with a title this season, it'll only get better.

I'm gonna go Sloan here, the guy basically was the Jazz for 20 years, they missed the playoffs once in that time span I believe.

2 Finals, of course they ran up into the UnbeataBulls in the Finals, but even so they gave them a run.

An awful lot of first and second round exits for Sloan. Bitch slapped by lower seeds a number of times although I think that tends to be overblown.

However, only two finals with arguably the second best PF of all time and a top 5 PG of all time is somewhat suspect.

you've only gone through 6 and already all thats left are losers.

The league has only been around so many years, and look how many rings those 6 coaches combine for.

We should still be able to get a solid top ten. Beyond that is probably pointless, but YMMV.

We'll finish out a Top 10 at least, if everybody wants to continue we can certainly keep going to 20.....50.... possibly 100.

I really thought hard about this one but I have to give the edge to Dr. Jack Ramsay. He and Red Holzman were the two that I was looking at the hardest. In the end, Red didn't have enough decent success over a good stretch outside of the Reed/Frazier Knicks.

Billy Cunningham had a heck of an 8 year run in Philly. But that's his only coaching stint, which doesn't help his case in the longevity department.
