Chicago Bulls
Re: Chicago Bulls
Bulls fans have been living off of MJ’s legacy for nearly 30 years.. pretty insane when you think about it. Nearly three decades of irrelevancy and pining for “the good ol’ days”.

I can't think of a team that represents "peaked in high school, balding with a potbelly in middle age, sexually impotent" more than the Chicago Bulls.

The bulls 6 rings had a bigger global and universal impact than all the titles which went before and came afterwards, combined.
Take away those 6 rings and the nba isn’t worth the worst mcu movie

Jordan’s 6 rings with the bulls took the league permanently to a stratosphere internationally where it never was and it has stayed there. For comparison purposes look at the 1984 Olympic team then look at the 1992 Olympic team. People tuned in to see Jordan and Pippen not Magic and Bird.

The 1984 team was amateurs you idiot. So was 88. Dream Team was first with pros. You really should just never talk sports Attie. You make a fool of yourself on the regular.AtiliusRegulus wrote: ↑Tue May 13, 2025 8:16 pmJordan’s 6 rings with the bulls took the league permanently to a stratosphere internationally where it never was and it has stayed there. I have no desire to get into a pissing contest over this topic. Other than MJ and the Bulls who or what team was the face of the NBA?

Walk it off you lose. Take away Jordan’s 6 rings from the nba and the nba status plummets significantly

The Bulls are an integral part of NBA history. But they've been irrelevant forever. The Lakers, Celtics are the franchises with the most history, titles and fans nationwide. A lot of teams have had their moment in the sun, including your Heat. I've been a fan of the NBA since before you were alive and loved that Bulls at the time, though I've come to accept it was a weak and overrated era. There just wasn't much generational talent in that decade relative to most eras ex the 1970s when talent was split with the ABA.
You consistently make dumb bombastic statements that just prove you should remain silent and be thought a fool, rather than open your mouth and remove all doubt.

Magic/Bird gave a dying league an infusion... Jordan and the Bulls turned the league into a global powerhouse.
There is no comparison: The Bulls/Jordan did more to advance the popularity and influence of the NBA than any other player/s or franchise/s.
Fact.

Jordan and the Bulls saving the nba and sports in general is basic knowledge. The whole paradigm shifted in terms of salaries, marketing, sponsorships etc. fact that grizz doesn’t grasp this shows that he’s an idiot.thedangerouskitchen wrote: ↑Tue May 13, 2025 9:26 pm Magic/Bird gave a dying league an infusion... With respect to the impact those 6 rings had on the nationwide AND global popularity of the sport there is no question this is a 100% correct statement... only LeTots and cucks from Canada think otherwise.AtiliusRegulus wrote: ↑Tue May 13, 2025 7:52 pmbulls 6 rings is what made the modern nba. Grizz should be talking about ice fishing and hunting moose, not the NBA... he's been following the sport since Bill Russell's day, so it should be as clear as day that Jordan / 90's Bulls are directly AND chiefly responsible for the meteoric growth and popularity explosion of the NBA, as it is in its current state.
This is not rocket science... or at least it shouldn't be for a finance guy like he supposed to be.
He's just upset because his Glory Days of the 60's have long since been forgotten.
