I actually made fried rice...chopped up some ham with leftover baked chicken and Vidalia onions chopped...sautéed that, spiced it right with black and crushed pepper and soy...added rice folded in more soy, steamed the ingredients well, got some crisp on the rice, threw two eggs in the corner of the pan and scrambled them then mixed them in and added bean sprouts...heated well...served add soy to taste...delicious, cheap, easy, fast
