McDonald's Steak, Egg and Cheese Bagel was my go-to breakfast item

I loved those things, do they still serve them?

I been living in Korea for 15 years and ate Mcdonalds maybe 10 times during that time.

yes we have them… they alright. mcdonald’s breakfast is increasingly high in calories for just egg cheese and bread.

1. McDonald’s Steak, Egg & Cheese Bagel
Calories: 680
Protein: 33g
Net Carbs: 54g
Fat: 35g
Sodium: 1,520mg

2. Homemade: 2 Scrambled Eggs w/ Cheese + Toast + 6 oz Strip Steak

- 2 Eggs (scrambled)
Calories: 140
Protein: 12g
Fat: 10g
Carbs: 1g

- Shredded Cheese (1 oz, cheddar)
Calories: 110
Protein: 7g
Fat: 9g
Carbs: 1g

- Strip Steak (6 oz, grilled)
Calories: 360
Protein: 48g
Fat: 18g
Carbs: 0g

- Toast (1 slice, whole wheat)
Calories: 80
Protein: 4g
Fat: 1g
Net Carbs: 12g

Homemade Totals:
Calories: 690
Protein: 71g
Net Carbs: 14g
Fat: 38g
Sodium: ~500–600mg (depending on seasoning)

Verdict:
Homemade wins on protein, lower carbs, and lower sodium
Same calories, cleaner macros, and much higher protein density
This is a great example of how homemade gives you more control and muscle-supporting value for the same caloric investment.

Homemade will NEVER taste as good as McDonald's, foo.

if you put 1500 mg of sodium on anything it will taste good and better than it’s counterpart with less sodium. Regardless it’s the same ingredients. It’s egg cheese and bread and a little bit of steak but it’s about the quality of food coming from McDonald’s it’s a piss poor bagel its a shitty folded egg. It’s the worst type of processed cheese you could think of but a Gook like yourself will gobble it up.

The sausage egg and cheese McMuffin is the king McDonald's breakfast item. Back in the day they used to have the Spanish omelette bagel and that thing was really good.
